Made to fit everyday gear

Each patch measures 80 × 30 × 2 mm and includes hook-and-loop backing. Use it on compatible bags, jackets, collars, harnesses, plate carriers, and other gear. Flexible patches are designed for gently curved surfaces; rigid patches are best suited to flatter placements.

Optional upgrades and matching gear

Add NFC where supported, choose matching collar or leash options, and select Express Production when it is available. Standard production usually takes 5–10 business days; Express Production prioritises eligible orders with a 1-business-day production time. Shipping time is separate.

Every patch is made to your configuration. Keep it away from extreme heat, and do not aggressively fold or over-bend flexible versions.

  2. Enter your name and optional subtitle, or select a predefined role. Patch text is produced in all caps.
  3. For name and QR patches, choose your base colour, text colour, and font. Use the default font, pick a custom style, or upload your own font file. Role patches use a fixed font in black and white.
  4. For QR patches, add the destination link. You can also add optional NFC to name or QR patches.
  5. Order your patch on its own or add matching gear, such as a collar or leash, and choose its colour.
  6. Review your preview, selections, and price, then add your build to the cart. Standard production usually takes 5–10 business days, or 1 business day with Express Production where available. Your order is dispatched once ready.

Shipping time depends on destination and selected shipping method. Product-specific production timing is shown on the page where relevant. Custom-made items are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or there is a production issue.

Each patch is made to order with velcro backing. Choose rigid material for flat surfaces or flexible for gently curved gear such as collars. Flexible patches can bend gently but should not be folded or forced end to end, as repeated over-bending can affect the patch and its velcro attachment.

Standard production usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on order volume. Express Production, where available, prioritises production within 1 business day. These are production times, not delivery estimates.

Your patch is produced to the selections you confirm in the builder. Keep it away from extreme heat. Normal everyday exposure to water should generally be fine, but excessive heat can affect the material and adhesive-backed receiver piece.

Name text can contain up to 9 characters. The optional subtitle allows up to 15 characters on name patches and 10 characters on QR patches. Spaces count towards these limits. Role patches display your selected role with a fixed LOSTGEAR subtitle.

Patch text is produced in all caps for a consistent look. The live preview shows how your text will appear in your chosen style.

Yes, on name and QR patches. Choose Custom Font to select a preset style or upload a TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 file. Custom fonts cost extra; the builder shows the price before you add your patch to the cart.
