The original FAQ was heavily patch-focused, so we kept the strongest answers and sharpened them up.
What kind of patches can I order?
We make high-quality 3D-printed customizable patches that can be tuned to your setup through name, font, color, and optional NFC or QR-Code based functionality depending on the product.
How does customization work?
You configure the product directly on the product page. Depending on the patch, that can include text, font, colors, subtitle options, links, and NFC choices. We then produce the patch to match those selections as closely as possible.
Can the QR Code Patch actually be useful, not just decorative?
Yes. That is the whole point. The QR Code Patch is designed to look good while also giving you a functional way to share a link, profile, or contact destination without relying on someone typing your handle manually.
Can I return a custom patch?
Because custom patches are made specifically to your selections, they cannot usually be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a production issue. If something is wrong, contact us and we will help.

HELMLOCKÅ is our helmet lock designed to keep your MX helmet on. It became a natural addition to the lineup because it fits the same idea that drives Lostgear: gear should feel distinctive, well-made, and genuinely useful.
Can HELMLOCKÅ be adjusted for special dimensions?
Yes. If your helm strap needs a special size or dimension, reach out to us. We are open to adjustments where they make sense and improve the final fit.

No. It is one step in a bigger direction. Lostgear started with patches, expanded with HELMLOCKÅ, and we see both as part of a broader long-term vision for the brand.
