Lostgear was founded out of a real passion for gear in all its forms, from tactical and MX to rubber and beyond. We make products we would genuinely use ourselves: personal, functional, and built with intent.

From pre-made patches to fully customizable gear with real function.
We founded Lostgear because we are passionate about gear. Any gear. Tactical, MX, rubber, and more. From the beginning, the goal was simple: make products we would actually use ourselves and that let people identify themselves through more than just a name.
Our patches were the starting point. We moved from pre-made patches with limited customization to fully customizable products where the name, color, font, and overall setup all matter. The QR Code Patch is the clearest example: it looks sharp, feels personal, and adds real functionality at the same time.
Later we added HELMLOCKÅ, a helmet lock that keeps your MX helmet on, and for us that was another step forward, not the finish line. Lostgear is still just getting started. There is much more we want to build, and we cannot wait to share it over time.

Every idea has to make sense to us first. If it does not feel relevant to our own gear, identity, and day-to-day use, it does not make the cut.

Name placement, font choice, color combinations, attachment, and usability all matter. A product has to look right, but it also has to actually do something well.
We stay open to custom needs
Not every setup is standard. Whether it is a personalized patch or a HELMLOCKÅ with special dimensions, we keep room for adjustments when it improves the result.
