By placing an order through lostgear.xyz you agree to these Terms & Conditions (T&C). They apply to all orders placed through our online store. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

We offer customizable products, such as patches, that can be tailored to your specifications including name, color, and NFC/QR-Code.

LOSTGEAR reserves the right to refuse any custom order that contains or promotes:

• Hate speech & extremism — any content related to Nazi symbols, hate groups, or ideologies that promote discrimination, racism, or violence.
• Violence & harm — any imagery, text, or symbols that encourage or glorify violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
• Illegal content — any content that violates local, national, or international laws, including copyright infringement, obscenity, or defamation.

Orders containing such content will be canceled without notice. LOSTGEAR retains the right to ban users from future purchases.

All prices are listed in EUR.

As a small business under §19 UStG (Umsatzsteuergesetz), LOSTGEAR GbR is exempt from charging VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). No VAT is added to your order and no VAT is shown on invoices.

Payment can be made via the methods displayed at checkout.

Products are produced on demand and will be shipped within the estimated time frame provided at checkout.

Delivery times may vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination. LOSTGEAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs processes.

Non-returnable items: According to Article 16(c) and 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), products that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This includes custom patches with personalised names, colors, or NFC/QR-Code.

Defects exception: If a custom product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence at info@lostgear.xyz. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Right of withdrawal for non-custom orders

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with §355 BGB.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; you will not incur any fees.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.

Orders for non-custom products may be canceled before shipment by contacting us at info@lostgear.xyz.

Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started. Once you receive confirmation that production has begun, the order is binding.

In accordance with §437 BGB, you have a statutory warranty right of 2 years from the date of delivery for material defects and defects of title.

All products are guaranteed to be free from material defects and manufacturing errors. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@lostgear.xyz with a description and photographs of the defect.

LOSTGEAR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

LOSTGEAR is not liable for any misuse of its products by the customer.

Customer data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO).

Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to complete your order (e.g. shipping providers, payment processors).

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers in the EU:

LOSTGEAR GbR is not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

These T&C and all contracts concluded through lostgear.xyz are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships with merchants, legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law is Dannstadt-Schauernheim, Germany.

EU consumer protection laws of the country in which you reside remain unaffected.
