1. General Information
Welcome to LOSTGEAR, operated by nocturnal s.r.o. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (T&C).

These T&C apply to all orders placed through our online store. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Custom Products
We offer customizable products, such as patches, that can be tailored to your specifications, including name, color, and attachment style.

Prohibited Content for Custom Orders:

LOSTGEAR reserves the right to refuse any custom order that contains or promotes:

• Hate Speech & Extremism: Any content related to Nazi symbols, hate groups, or ideologies that promote discrimination, racism, or violence.

• Violence & Harm: Any imagery, text, or symbols that encourage or glorify violence, self-harm, or harm to others.

• Illegal Content: Any content that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to copyright infringement, obscenity, or defamation.


Orders that include such content will be canceled without notice, and LOSTGEAR retains the right to take appropriate action, including banning users from future purchases.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices on the website are listed in EUR. As nocturnal s.r.o. is not a VAT payer in Slovakia, no VAT will be charged.
  • Payment can be made via the methods provided at checkout.

4. Delivery and Shipping

  • Products are produced on demand and will be shipped within the estimated time frame provided during checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination.

5. Custom Products and Refunds/Returns
Non-Returnable Items:

  • According to Article 16(c) and 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, products that are customized or made to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, custom patches with personalized names, colors, or attachment styles.

Exceptions to Refund Policy:

  • If a custom product arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders for non-custom products may be canceled before shipment.
  • Custom products cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Warranty

  • All products are guaranteed to be free from material defects and manufacturing errors.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

8. Liability

  • LOSTGEAR is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs processes.
  • LOSTGEAR is not liable for any misuse of its products.

9. Data Protection

  • Customer data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless necessary to complete the order.

10. Governing Law

  • These T&C are governed by Slovak law, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Slovakia.
